Passion
I am passionate about implementing technology for skills-based hiring, development, and advancement. My experience tells me that there are countless people with potential to do far more challenging work than they currently perform. Even in today’s extremely tight labor market, there are many people searching for work and not having any success breaking through the systems Human Resources rely on to ease their burden. I believe the current way of doing things is broken and I want to fix it. As a veteran and a person who has had gaps in my employment history (entirely my choosing), I especially want to help military transitioning to civilian employment, people looking for work, and people who have potential but find themselves facing challenges/obstacles.
Vision
The Army used to have a recruiting slogan, “Be all that you can be.” My version of the same thought is “Building Potential.” I seek to help people learn, grow, and increase their potenial.
